Decommissioning

The emerging nuclear decommissioning industry was identified in the early 1980’s as an appropriate market sector into which many of the core skills and disciplines could be readily transferred.

We currently employ a multi disciplined workforce with extensive practical experience of operations within the constraints of the nuclear decommissioning industry, conversant with the associated hazard of Alpha, Beta Gamma radiations, Beryllium, chemical combination and asbestos.

Supervisory personnel are IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) trained, and the company has currently processed NVQ’s in nuclear decommissioning for its workforce.

All site activities are covered by a comprehensive documentation system to comply with both the customer requirements and those directed under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Scheme.
