PCR have successfully completed work on redundant Pipe Bridges crossing through the Sellafield site.

We have completed the refurbishments to one of many Pipe Bridges to enable re-use as a permanent walkway. This 160 metre long redundant Pipe Bridge had work done including;

• Size reduction of redundant 20” ventilation duct
• Removal of vegetation
• Installation of a permanent hand rail system
• Installation of Styrofoam blocks to voids
• Application of a 6 layer Waterproofing system consisting of 600 Primer, S-VAP 700E, Reemat fibre glass matting, Decothane Ultra and Inhibiting Grit

All Steelwork is supplied with CE marking and all aspects of the contract are carried out by our own in-house SQEP team.
