Bridge Refurbishment and Installation of Anti Slip Flooring

PCR have completed maintenance works to a pedestrian bridge spanning the River Skell, on behalf of the Council. The scope of work covered consisted of; • Parapet toe board installation which was fabricated in house • Removal and installation of new anti-slip proof surface covering an area of approximately 35m x 1.4m • Formwork installation for an in-situ concrete beam repairs • Patch up concrete / clean / treat exposed rebar on the concrete bridge deck • Full jet wash to the structure • Tree removal near abutment and other vegetation removal
